Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoboticsHire website and services, located at roboticshire.com("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including job seekers, employers posting listings, and visitors browsing job content.

1. Job Listings & Paid Placements

1.1 Listings are paid placements

All employer-submitted job listings on RoboticsHire are paid placements. Employers pay a fee at the time of submission, and listings go live upon successful payment and review. By submitting a listing, employers represent and warrant that the job opportunity described is genuine, accurate, and currently available.

1.2 Listing tiers and durations

Job listings are available in the following tiers:

  • Standard listing ($249) — active for 30 days from the date the listing goes live.
  • Featured listing ($449) — active for 30 days from the date the listing goes live, with priority placement at the top of search results and category pages.
  • Bundle ($999) — includes multiple listing credits. Individual listings under a bundle are active for 90 days from the date each individual listing goes live.

Upon expiration, listings are automatically removed from public view. Employers will receive an email notification when a listing is approaching expiration and again when it has expired. Expired listings may be renewed at the then-current pricing.

1.3 Aggregated listings

In addition to paid employer listings, RoboticsHire may display aggregated job listings sourced from publicly available job postings across the web. These aggregated listings are provided for informational purposes. RoboticsHire makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of aggregated listings, and they do not constitute an endorsement of the employer. Aggregated listings may be removed at any time upon a valid DMCA takedown request (see Section 9).

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Payment

All listing fees are due and payable in full at the time of submission. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize RoboticsHire to charge the payment method you provide for the selected listing tier.

2.2 Cancellation window

Employers may cancel a submitted listing within 24 hours of submitting payment, provided the listing has not yet been reviewed or made publicly live. To cancel within this window, email hello@roboticshire.email with your listing details and order reference.

2.3 No refunds after listing goes live

Once a job listing has been reviewed and made publicly live on the Site, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the number of applications received, the number of views generated, or the employer's decision to withdraw the role.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a technical error preventing your listing from being displayed), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Employer Responsibilities & Content

3.1 Accuracy of listings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content they submit, including job titles, descriptions, requirements, salary information, company details, and application instructions. RoboticsHire does not verify the accuracy of employer-submitted content.

3.2 Prohibited content

Employers must not post listings that:

  • Are fraudulent, misleading, or describe positions that do not exist.
  • Discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Require applicants to pay a fee, purchase products, or provide personal financial information as part of the application process.
  • Violate any applicable law, including employment and labor laws in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Contain spam, malicious links, or content unrelated to a legitimate employment opportunity.

RoboticsHire reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our content standards, or applicable law. No refund will be provided for listings removed due to a violation.

3.3 Compliance with equal opportunity laws

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring their hiring practices and job listings comply with all applicable equal opportunity, employment, and anti-discrimination laws. RoboticsHire expressly disclaims any responsibility for employer compliance.

4. No Guarantee of Results

RoboticsHire provides a platform for connecting employers with job seekers. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that posting a job listing will result in any applications, qualified candidates, or successful hires.

Similarly, RoboticsHire makes no guarantee to job seekers that any listed position is currently available, that the application process will be responded to, or that using the Site will result in employment. The outcome of any hiring process is entirely between the employer and the job seeker.

5. Disclaimer of Employer Accuracy

RoboticsHire is a marketplace platform. We do not independently verify, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy of any employer-submitted content, including job descriptions, salary ranges, company information, or application requirements.

RoboticsHire.com is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by employers. Job seekers are encouraged to independently verify employer information before applying or accepting any employment offer.

Employers grant RoboticsHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and format their submitted job listing content on the Site and in associated communications (including job alert emails and the weekly digest) for the duration of the listing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RoboticsHire content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoboticsHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any listings on the Site.

Our total cumulative liability to any employer for claims arising from a specific listing shall not exceed the amount paid by that employer for that listing.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
