When does my listing go live?
Your listing is published immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe — typically within seconds. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to view it.
Can I edit my listing after it is published?
Yes. Email hello@roboticshire.email with your edit requests and we will update your listing within one business day at no charge.
What is the difference between Standard and Featured?
Featured listings appear at the top of all job feeds, have a highlighted border and a "Featured" badge, and are prioritized in our weekly email digest sent to all subscribers.
How does the Bundle work?
You get 5 job posting credits at checkout. Each credit is valid for 90 days and can be used for any role. Credits do not expire for 12 months from purchase.
What is the Company Profile add-on?
A dedicated branded page for your company on RoboticsHire — including your logo, description, social links, and a link to all your active listings. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
If your listing has not yet gone live, we will issue a full refund. Once a listing is active, we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to swap out the role if your needs change.
